Except as expressly provided in this Agreement, Sara Indseth makes no guarantees, representations, or warranties of any kind, express or implied, with respect to the physiotherapy services rendered.

Confidentiality & Data Protection

Sara Indseth will keep your personal information confidential and secure in accordance with GDPR guidelines. Your information will not be shared with third parties without your consent. However, if there is considered to be a risk of significant harm to yourself or another person, Sara Indseth may pass relevant information to an appropriate authority on the legal basis of vital interest. Recording

Recording of consultations or treatment sessions using any form of electronic media is not permitted without the written consent of both parties.

Physiotherapy

Physiotherapy is a healthcare profession concerned with human function, movement, and the maximisation of physical potential. Sara Indseth practices holistic physiotherapy, which considers the whole body — its movement patterns, connective tissue, and physical history — rather than treating symptoms in isolation. Treatment methods may include hands-on therapy, movement therapy, visceral manipulation, cranial therapy, and personalised exercise, and postural guidance.

Sara Indseth is a registered physiotherapist and practices in accordance with the standards of her professional regulatory body (Danish Patient Safety Authority and Danske Fysioterapeuterne). Physiotherapy is not a substitute for medical advice and Sara Indseth will always refer any client with signs or symptoms requiring medical attention to their doctor or appropriate medical professional.

The client understands and agrees to the following:

  • I am responsible for consulting my doctor about any health concerns.

  • If I am receiving treatment from a doctor or any other medical professional, I will inform them of any physiotherapy programme I am undertaking.

  • It is important that I inform Sara Indseth of any medical diagnosis, medication, or other treatment I am currently receiving, as this may affect my physiotherapy programme.

  • I understand that the advice and treatment provided is personal to me and may not be appropriate for others.

  • If I am unclear about any aspect of my agreed treatment programme, I will contact Sara Indseth promptly for clarification.

  • Recording consultations or sessions using any form of electronic media is not permitted without the written consent of both parties.

Pregnancy & Postnatal Care

Sara Indseth provides specialist physiotherapy support during pregnancy and the postnatal period, including assessment and treatment for pelvic girdle pain, diastasis recti, pelvic floor dysfunction, and safe return to movement. All treatment is adapted to the individual's stage of pregnancy or postnatal recovery and is carried out with appropriate care. Clients who are pregnant or recently postnatal are encouraged to inform their midwife, obstetrician, or doctor of any physiotherapy treatment received.

Paediatric Treatments

Baby and paediatric treatments are gentle and non-invasive. A parent or legal guardian must be present throughout all treatments involving a minor. By booking a paediatric session, the parent or guardian confirms they have parental responsibility for the child receiving treatment and consent to treatment being provided.

Problems & Complaints

If you experience a problem with your physiotherapy service that you have been unable to resolve directly, you may raise this in writing to sara@saraindseth.com.
